Terms and conditions

Payments terms

A 30% deposit is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at the property.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival at Villa Serena the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 1000, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.

Cancellation Policy

  • The 30% deposit of the total amount is not refundable;
  • 30% of the balance due if clients cancel the booking from 44 to 30 days before the arrival date;
  • 60% of the balance due if clients cancel the booking from 29 to 22 days before the arrival date;
  • 80% of the balance due if clients cancel the booking from 21 to 4 days before the arrival date;
  • 100% of the balance due if clients cancel the booking.
